Visa Processing Fees to Change Worldwide on April 13, 2012

This and other changes are based on a cost-of-service study required by American law. This study is performed to determine the cost of processing nonimmigrant visas so that these costs can be fully recovered. Please note that receipts for NIV payments made prior to the fee changes will be accepted for 90 days after the fee takes effect.
