Dear Prospective Offeror/Quoter:
The Consulate General of the United States of America in St. Petersburg
seeks the services of a contractor to provide Russian language classes
for American Consulate employees according to enclosed Statement
of Work. You are invited to submit a quotation. The Request for
Quotations (RFQ) consists of the following sections:
Standard Form SF-18
Basic information, statement
of work.
The Consulate plans to award the contract to the lowest priced
technically acceptable offeror/quoter who is a responsible contractor.
You are encouraged to make your quote competitive. You are also
cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with
regard to price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit
the American Consulate to make any award. The Consulate may cancel
this RFQ or any part of it.
An interview with a short list of offerors/quoters will take place
on August 08, 2007 from 9:30a.m. until 5:00p.m. at the Consulate
General of the United States of America at the following address:

Quotations must be submitted no later than 17.00 on August 6, 2007.
Oral quotations or quotations submitted after the deadline will
not be accepted.
